If You Give A Boy A Piano Book...

...filled with songs by composer John Williams,

not only will he be excited to learn to play them - but you will also never have to remind him to practice.

In fact, you may have to ask him to not practice sometimes.

Like before school when the littlest kids are still asleep.

Or when he's supposed to be doing homework.

(Best Christmas gift, ever!)

Do they have that for guitar?

I agree anything that makes them that excited about playing an instrument is the the best Christmas gift ever.

If only that worked with the story, "If you buy a boy a dishrag..."

Natalie- Best in Music at PTC has a pretty wide selection. It can't hurt to ask!

T5th- Hmmm. I haven't tried buying any of the kids a dishrag yet. It just might work...

Oh man! Anything to get them to WANT to practice!

Cool beans!

I truly enjoyed our last lesson as he played parts of a variety of songs. I think it's the most I've seen a student practice over the Christmas break. I'm so glad you were able to find this book, it was perfect for him!

Just be careful....Brandon always got out of doing chores by saying that he was practicing! He still tries to pull that one! :)
