I see this sign every morning that I make it to the gym. It's duct taped to the front window of a building which used to house a restaurant.
The other day, as I popped a piece of gum into my mouth, I decided to take a closer look at the sign...
The part of the sign that I did understand was that there is a $500 fine for littering so I threw my gum wrapper in the trash can before making my way in to the gym.

Oh man. That's a bad one. The other day I read, "I just went on an airplain ride."
Wow- it almost hurts.....
It makes me cringe to see words misspelled, especially if it's supposed to be for the public eye. At Fresh Market there was a sign for Lysol Spary.
It's a good thing you put your gum wrapper in the trash.
I also see a sign at the BYU creamery for 'BANANA'S' every time I buy milk. It makes me cringe. I finally whipped out my pen and scribbled out the apostrophe when no one was looking.
HAHAHA! There was a typo on a sign at work the other day and I did the same thing!
Ha ha! Love it .
I totally understood it...then again, I speak Yiddish.
I am absolutely confused about the trash can cam. It might be a little easier to understand if the spelling was correct...actually, no, it would be worse.
Are you sure they were not just letting everyone know that it was actually the living space of the banana at the creamery? Whose shelf is this? Banana's. See...it works.
MnM- You know, call me judgmental, but I have a difficult time believing that someone with atrocious spelling is capable of setting up any type of surveillance, let alone survalince from a pink Camaro.
Hmmm... that sign really makes you wonder- especially if their spell check was broken! Too funny!
Thanks the coolest sign I have EVER seen!! Thanks for the great belly laugh today! : )
Yeah, I have some questions for this guy too?
So, you realize that the cardboard and duct tape aren't covering the holes on the sides, right?
Don't you think a trash receptacle overflowing with trash in a public place looks less ridiculous than a public trash receptacle overflowing with trash covered with cardboard and duct tape?
Is that really how YOU spell camera surveillance, or are you just trying to effectively target an illiterate audience?
Why not make it a $1000 fine?
How's the collection of those $500 fines working out?
When reviewing the camara survalince for litter bugs, do you ever wonder why so many people point and laugh?
I don't get whut everywon is tawking abowt. The sine look's perfectly normul to me........ Juzt sayin.........
