Remembering

bumper sticker found at ihatecancer.net

Ten years ago this month my father was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme, the most aggressive kind of brain tumor.

You may recognize this post at 4 Perspectives from a couple of years ago on my blog, but it's what has been on my mind for the past couple of days so I decided to re-post it.

I just miss him.

For some reason 'it' wouldn't let me post over at 4P's so I'll post here.

I'm glad you have your ugly sweater to wrap up in and remininse. Something tangible. For me, tangible is important. Memories are great but I want something to touch and hold. I think arms are connected to our hearts because as our hearts ache, so do our arms.
